For this project, Dahn & Krieger collaborated with the property owner and Dick's Sport Goods to construct a new stand-alone building from the ground up. This 60,200 s.f. building is consists of steel and masonry construction providing an open floor plan for which Dick's was able to implement their interior fit out. Dahn & Krieger worked with the company's prototypical design to incorporate design elements on the exterior that conform to their design aesthetic while still blending effortlessly with the adjacent shopping center.
