This project involved a new addition to an existing retail building, facade renovation, tenant interior subdivisions, and extensive site work. While serving mainly as the landlord's architect for this building, our office was also afforded the opportunity to work closely with national and regional retailers to facilitate their interior fit-outs in conformance with their design prototypes.
