The Siena at Montclair is a luxury apartment and retail building in the heart of Montclair's downtown shopping district. The layout and design of each condominium unit was carefully thought out in order to afford each tenant the opportunity to experience the best Montclair has to offer. Dahn & Krieger worked with the property owner on the design and construction of this building from start to finish ensuring the end result was exactly what they envisioned. The arrangement of the retail spaces on the ground level is meant to synthesize with the surrounding shopping district to give partons the sense of a quaint, local downtown.
