Dahn & Krieger has worked with the owner of this property continually over the years to facilitate tenant interior fit-outs, as well as a complete facade renovation for the entire center. Our design team has consulted with national retailers on their interior designs in order to adhere to their prototypical design aesthetics. In addition, we assisted the owner in renovating the barrel roof structures in order to improve drainage and coordinated various site improvements.
