Franklin Lakes Towne Square West is a newly constructed mix-use building. The first floor features over 14,800 divisible square feet of retail space while portions of the roof above the first floor feature a green roof. The second-floor hosts over 14,000 divisible square feet of medical and office space.  The design of this new building coincides with the renovation of the facade of Franklin Lakes Towne Square East across the street.
