Wallkill Professional Commons is a 2 story building that hosts multiple tenants including medical and professional users and a large daycare facility. The project scope included the construction of a new building featuring masonry and steel framing and EIFS exterior wall finish with brick veneer and glass and aluminum curtain wall components. Our office coordinated with structural, mechanical and site engineers on the implementation of all new systems for the construction of this building.
